Pre-orders for the Geely Galaxy E5 have been open since July 5, with prices ranging from $16,900 – $21,600.
The official premiere and the start of sales are scheduled for August.
The all-electric crossover Galaxy E5 has dimensions of 4615, 1901, 1670 mm with a wheelbase of 2750 mm. Modern design with recognizable “tiger face” elements and hidden door handles. The car is equipped with a domestic automotive chip Dragon Eagle-1 (7 nm), controlling the HMI system Flyme Auto from Meizu.
Voice control, text input and music are supported. Despite its compact size, the E5’s interior is quite spacious, with an area of 4.03 square meters. Claimed range on the CLTC cycle: 440 and 530 kilometers respectively.
The Galaxy E5 is the first car with Geely’s next-generation Aegis lithium-iron-phosphate batteries.Acceleration 0-100 km/h in 6.8sec, top speed 180 km/h.
Exports are expected to start early next year.
